Cost of toxic cultures
Soft skills are hard skills.
Most managers get promoted for hard skills, and the impact is devasting on your business. Toxic work cultures drive 1 in 5 employees away, costing $44.6 billion annually in the U.S. alone.
Thriving cultures win
When people feel connected personally to an organization’s culture, the results pay off.
Gallup says those who STRONGLY AGREE with “I feel connected to my organization’s culture” are…

BRIDGING MANY DIVIDES
Over the years, those who know me intimately have reflected that I am a bridge. I never gave it much thought, till I started to recognize the truth of this observation. Born in India and growing up globally, I was ever-present with both sides of constant change—the adventure and the fear of adapting to new cultures was always part of my reality.
For instance, when I was 12 years old my parents decided to send me to an all-boys boarding school in India. Living in Jamaica at that time, I didn’t like the idea at all. What sold me was flying as an unaccompanied minor halfway across the world, still one of my top Peak Events in life! Arriving at the Hogwarts-like boarding school, I was in an alien environment full of lessons.
My ability to be a bridge is my SuperPower, be it executive teams or early career stage employees. I recognize stepping into the unknown and the opportunity to go outside my comfort zone. This makes me resilient and empathetic to others facing change, a constant reality. My being a bridge has guided my rich career.
I serve executives to build stronger bonds and co-create thriving organizational cultures. I create a safe space for differences to be voiced (and felt), without judgment. I help leaders flex rather than impose change upon others. When we do our inner work, our differences can turn into a more profound understanding, leading to sustainable transformation.
